Zufall Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide direct clinical care under supervision at our health center in New Jersey. The role involves delivering evidence-based medical services to Zufall Health Center patients and their families.

Required are a PA license in NJ, NCCPA certification, DEA/CDS registrations, and BLS. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited college.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant by the NCCPA.
• Current PA license in the State of New Jersey.
• DEA and CDS registrations.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum of one-year experience in a community health setting preferred.
• Bicultural and bilingual experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments including history taking and physical exams.
• Provides diagnostic and therapeutic care within scope of practice.
• Administers injections, immunizations, suturing, wounds management.
• Documents care in the EMR and collaborates with supervising physician.
• Instructs patients on regimens, growth, family planning, and wellness.
• Maintains continuity by developing patient management plans.
• Participates in night/weekend call coverage as assigned.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and infection control procedures.
