Accounting Search is seeking a Physician Assistant – Surgical First Assistant in Geneva, NY. You will serve as a First Assist in the OR and support patients across the surgical continuum, collaborating with the Chief of Surgery and specialty surgeons.

The role combines hands-on operative experience with patient care in pre- and post-operative settings, clinic duties, and inpatient rounds. A NY PA license, NCCPA, and DEA are required, along with BLS/ACLS certifications, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Current New York State Physician Assistant license.
• National Certification (NCCPA).
• Valid DEA license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Confident working in surgical and clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as First Assist in the operating room.
• Support pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care.
• Participate in clinic responsibilities and patient management.
