Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care in Joplin, MO is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time roles at Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care centers. You will deliver high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art centers with imaging, labs and an Epic EMR.

We offer a competitive salary plus sign-on bonus up to $10K, daily volume bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, CME, relocation support, and PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• Experience treating pediatric and adult patients is required.
• Suturing, casting and imaging reads (EKG, X-ray) competencies are expected.
• NPs must hold a Master's degree and certification; PAs must hold NCCPA certification.

• Deliver high-quality patient care in urgent care settings.
• Perform minor procedures and coordinate imaging and labs as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
