Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time roles in the Hampton Village area. You will join a fast-growing urgent care network delivering high-quality patient care in our modern centers with imaging, labs, and Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• NP/PA: 18+ months full-time urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients.
• Comfortable with minor procedures and basic imaging reads.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints).
• Order/interpret basic imaging and EKGs; collaborate with care teams.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in modern Mercy-GoHealth centers.

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
