GoHealth Urgent Care in Missouri’s Springfield and Joplin regions is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for full-time urgent care roles. A sign-on bonus up to $15K is offered, along with competitive salary, benefits, and a robust support team.

Qualifications

• NP/PA candidates must have 18 months of full-time urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients.
• Proficiency with sutures, casts, splints; Preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
• NPs require Master’s degree and AANC/AANP certification; PAs require Master’s and NCCPA.

Responsabilités

• Provide urgent care/ER patient care in GoHealth Urgent Care centers.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, splints) as needed.
• Collaborate with Rad Techs and Medical Assistants to deliver efficient care.
• Utilize imaging, labs and an Epic EMR to support clinical decisions.

Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
