GoHealth Urgent Care, in partnership with Mercy, is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for opportunities in the St. Louis, MO area.

These full-time roles offer a competitive sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and a dynamic healthcare environment with state-of-the-art centers. Candidates with urgent care or emergency medicine experience, and proficiency in minor procedures, EKG and X-ray interpretation, will thrive.

Qualificações

• 18+ months of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfortable with sutures, casts, splints, etc., EKG reads, and X-ray reads.
• PA: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• NP: Master’s degree and AANC or AANP certification required

Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
