GoHealth Urgent Care in partnership with Northwell Health seeks a Physician Assistant for Weekend Warrior roles in the Staten Island area. The position requires 24 hours per week with pay for 32 hours and includes a night differential.

Applicants should have 2+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine, with pediatric and adult patient experience, and be comfortable with minor procedures, EKGs, and X-ray interpretation. Travel to multiple Staten Island centers may be required.

Qualifications

• PA with 2+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine treating all ages (6 months+).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casting, splinting) and reading EKGs/X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Work as Weekend Warrior PA; travel to Staten Island centers as needed.
• Work 16-hour shifts on Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon; commitment to 24 hours/week with pay for 32 hours.

Position: Physician Assistant - Weekend Warrior

Pay: $68/hour - $89/hour (experience-based range) Night Shift Differential: Additional $30/hr. from 8pm-12am

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Full-Time Weekend Warrior Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Staten Island Region Serve our Bulls Head and Dongan Hills centers as a key part of our care team. Commit to just 24 hours per week and receive full-time pay (32 hours)—plus eligibility for comprehensive benefits (medical/vision/dental). Weekend Warriors must be flexible to travel to our 16-hour centers within Staten Island. Weekend Warriors will be expected to work 16-hour shifts on any of the following days: Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday

Minimum Required Qualifications

• PA: 2 or more yrs. of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older) Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
