Qualifications

• Familiarity with ventilator management and EKG interpretation on the roadmap.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to disagree professionally.

Responsabilités

• Prep and verify Pain Management samples for the lab, labeled at the bedside in front of the patient.
• Support telehealth visits and remote patient monitoring as needed.
• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second PA, sign-for-sign, before transfusion.
• Set IV lines on challenging cases to avoid repeat attempts.
• Lead the part-time care team through conflicts and ventilator management from intake to follow-up in Renton, WA.
