Qualifications

• Active PA license in the state of employment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• DEA license is a plus.
• Orthopedic or Physiatry experience is nice to have.
• Skilled nursing experience is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, including histories and exams, to set rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize function.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and educational activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families about rehab process, outcomes, and post-discharge care.
