South College is seeking a dynamic and energetic leader to coordinate and complete efforts to establish an MHS in Physician Assistant Studies program at our campus in Carmel, Indiana. The institution is initiating the provisional accreditation pathway for proposed new programs with the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
The ideal candidate will possess an integrated background of academic and clinical experience with creative and innovative approaches for developing a nationally recognized PA program. This role will provide the overall leadership, administration, and management of the PA program at this campus to promote quality of education that meets all ARC-PA accreditation standards. The leader will collaborate with other South College PA Program leaders at other campuses to ensure effective organization, administration, fiscal management, educational goals/assessment/analysis, clinical site establishment, oversight of the didactic and clinical curriculum, and planning.
