Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a community health center across the Greater Sacramento area. The role collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to serve diverse and underserved populations, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8–5 or a 4-day 10-hour option.

Compensation ranges from $131,000 to $170,000 annually based on experience, with full benefits including insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and CME support.

Competenze

• Active California PA license is required.
• NCCPA board certification is required.
• Current DEA certificate required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in community health or underserved populations preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Russian or Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with Medical Director.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate.
• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated.
• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated, high-quality care.
