Job summary

STGi is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide services at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Mountain Home, AR. The PA will deliver primary care under the PCP, perform exams, prescribe medications, order tests, and coordinate patient care in a team-based setting.

Requirements include 2+ years PA experience in outpatient family or internal medicine, AR license, DEA, BLS/CPR, NCCPA certification, and strong communication. STGi offers competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• PA must have 2+ years clinical experience in outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; 3–5 years preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Arkansas PA license; DEA license.
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA or MTN.
• Prescriptive authority per state rules; must obtain a Collaborative Agreement.
• NCCPA certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventive medical care under the supervision of the CBOC PCP.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with the PACT and clinic staff; ensure timely charting in VISTA.
• Maintain patient records and provide education to patients and families.
