Job summary
STGi seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive care at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Mountain Home, AR. Under PCP direction, you will deliver comprehensive health services, order tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate patient care with PACT and staff.
Requirements include a master's in nursing, active AR NP license, and ANA NP certification. BLS/CPR, DEA, and prescriptive authority are required; emphasis on patient education and adherence to VA/JCAHO standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing from an NLNAC/CCNE accredited program.
- Current and active ANA NP certification.
- ANA certification as NP in Adult Health or Family Practice.
- Arkansas RN license with APRN privileges.
- BLS/CPR certification as required.
- DEA registration for APRN prescriptive authority.
- Ability to set measurable education goals for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional clinical services under PCP supervision at the CBOC.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans per scope of practice.
- Coordinate care with PACT and clinic staff; educate patients and families.
- Maintain patient records in VISTA and ensure privacy and compliance.
