Confluence Health in Washington state is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver professional medical services within the scope of APP training and hospital policies. You will see patients in clinics, diagnose, treat, write prescriptions, and collaborate with attending physicians.

The role requires WA licensure eligibility, appropriate certification, strong confidentiality, and proficient computer skills.

Qualifications

• Requires appropriate certification.
• Ability to obtain active WA license.
• Handles confidential medical information discreetly.
• Coordinates with staff to resolve problems.
• Maintains accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Basic computer skills: Windows navigation, mouse, keyboarding, email, password management.

Responsibilities

• Sees patients for examination, diagnosis and treatment of chronic and acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Confers with attending physicians as needed.
• Counsels patients and families on health issues.
• Participates in health promotion activities.
• Maintains outpatient records in the EMR in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with staff and physicians to identify patient needs and develop plans.
