STGi is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide services at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Plattsburgh, NY. This PRN role supports primary care with a wide range of health services, including preventive and episodic care under the supervision of PCPs.

The PA must hold NY license, DEA, BLS/CPR, NCCPA certification, and have outpatient experience; duties include prescribing meds, ordering tests, patient education, and coordinating care with the PACT team.

Formación

• A minimum of 2 years clinical PA outpatient experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• Current NY PA license with DEA license and prescriptive authority.
• Certified by NCCPA; BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with outpatient primary care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary and preventive medical care under PCP guidance.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Coordinate care with PACT and clinic staff.
• Document in VISTA and maintain patient records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
