Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners in Easton, MA seeks a Physician Assistant/NP to serve as a primary health care provider in collaboration with licensed physicians. You will assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment plans, while coordinating with the care team to ensure comprehensive patient management.

The role requires NP/PA board certification, BLS, and relevant clinical experience. You will participate in ongoing education, patient teaching, and emergency care as needed in a busy practice setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program and board-certified.
• Two years NP/PA experience preferred; strong clinical judgment.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency with medical documentation and coding is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via interview, history, exam and diagnostic testing.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to order tests and initiate treatment plans.
• Explain procedures, risks and benefits to patients and families.
• Contribute to care planning and referrals as needed.
• Provide instruction and education to patients on health maintenance and medications.
