Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners in Easton, MA seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to evaluate patients, perform advanced examinations, and collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive care in a cardiology-inclusive setting.

You will order and interpret tests, participate in therapeutic planning, and contribute to education for patients and staff. The role requires graduate NP/PA training, board certification, and BLS; experience of at least two years is preferred, with a focus on hands-on

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• AANP or ANCC/NCCPA board certification, license, or qualification for state licensure is required.
• Two years of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience is preferred.
• Must have current BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through interview, history, physical exams and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with licensed physicians to order and perform screening and diagnostic procedures; analyze data and take action.
• Explain procedures, provide patient education on diagnoses and preventative health.
• Assist in plan of care including medications, referrals, and consultations.
• Document data, assessments and plans of care per AMA standards.
• Maintain ongoing professional knowledge and skills through seminars and CE.
