University of Pittsburgh Physicians in Pittsburgh is hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant to support UPMC Magee-Womens Surgical Associates. Five 8-hour shifts, no on-call or weekends. Travel to Cranberry and Monroeville offices.

The PA will assist in postoperative survivorship care, may assist in OR and perioperative coordination. The department includes Magee women’s surgical associates Breast Surgical Oncology with ten surgeons.

Qualifications

• Graduate of PA program accredited by ARC-PA.
• Current PA license and NCCPA certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Applies professional practice knowledge and communicates effectively with patients and team.
• Assists in operating room and perioperative care coordination.
• Provides follow-up diagnostic testing and survivorship education.
