Job summary

UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to support Magee-Womens Surgical Associates. Five 8-hour shifts with no on-call or weekends, with travel to Cranberry and Monroeville offices.

The PA will focus on post-operative survivorship care (1–3 years) including follow-up testing, education, and coordination, and may assist in the OR and perioperative space. Department comprises Breast Surgical Oncology with 10 surgeons.

Qualifications

• The PA will mostly participate in post-operative management 1-3 years after surgical care.
• In addition, the PA may assist in OR and provide perioperative care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Applies professional practices and collaborates with physicians and care team to manage patient plans.
• Contributes to survivorship program follow-up and education.
• Maintains patient safety, documentation, and communication across teams.
