Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant required.
• Licensed as a Physician Assistant; Registration DPH Drug Control; and Federal DEA registration.
• 0–1 years related work experience preferred.
• ARC-PA, NCCPA certification is expected.
• American Heart Association - Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform history and physical examinations; develop care plans; order and interpret tests; educate patients and families.
• Educate staff and serve as a clinical resource through formal and informal teaching.
• Coordinate care and liaise among nurses, clinicians and services to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document encounters clearly and timely; support interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Work in clinic, operating room, and patient navigation to support reconstructive and plastic surgery services.
