Job summary

Rhode Island Primary Care Physician’s Corporation (RIPCPC) is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to join a growing, clinician-led medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care in a fully outpatient setting. You’ll work with a collaborative team, see about 16–20 patients per day, perform in-office procedures as appropriate, and use an EMR to document care.

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (required).
• National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification (required).
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Rhode Island (required).
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain (required).
• Rhode Island CSR or eligibility to obtain (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan.
• See approximately 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principles.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Practice in collaboration with supervising physicians in accordance with Rhode Island regulations, including consultation and referral as appropriate.
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records.
• Perform in-office procedures based on experience and scope of practice (optional).
• Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available).
• Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment.

RIPC Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing, clinician-led medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care in a fully outpatient setting. Who You Are

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (required)
• Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) (required)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in Rhode Island (required)
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain (required)
• Rhode Island Controlled Substances Registration (CSR) or eligibility to obtain (required)
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered, value-based primary care (required)
• Strong clinical judgment with ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a team-based, technology-enabled care environment
• Interest in quality improvement and population health initiatives (preferred)

Salary range: $120,000 — $130,000 USD
