Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider will be working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team within the UT Southwestern Pediatric Nephrology division at Children’s Health, Dallas to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients who suffer from renal disorders. This position will demonstrate a high degree of critical thinking and clinical expertise in working with pediatric patients in the inpatient setting. The APP is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management education, consultation, and health promotion and care coordination for patients and families.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified by the American Heart Association or Red Cross based on the UT Southwestern policy for Advanced Practice Providers.
Preferred Experience
One year of pediatric nephrology experience preferred.
