ZoomCare is seeking a Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team in Kirkland, WA. Work with ongoing support from our medical leadership while providing high-quality care.

Competitive hourly pay of $76.00–$84.00, with bonuses, 401k match, sign-on and relocation assistance, shift differentials, and more. Training provided; no admin duties; rotating clinics within the area.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with NCCPA certification OR Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner.
• 1–2 years of post-graduate experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at time of offer.

Job description

ZoomCare is seeking a Part-Time, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

Acompetitive hourly pay rate of $76.00 - $84.00 per hour with additional compensation through our performance-based bonus model, 401k match, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and shift differentials for eligible roles.

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly pay range of $76.00 - $84.00 per hour

• Opportunity for additional pay through shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts

SCHEDULE AND TRAINING

• Work 25 hours per week. Wednesday 1pm-6pm, Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8a-6pm

• Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.

• Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule.

• Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner

• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.

• Experience seeing patients of all ages.

• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.

• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Standing for long periods of time

• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.

• Must wear a mask as needed.

• Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.

• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.
