Job summary

Blick Rothenberg (Previously Greenback Alan LLP) seeks a Physician Assistant for our Arizona clinic and surgical support. The PA will assist in surgery, perform patient evaluations, manage medications, and document care in the patient record.

Requirements include completion of an accredited PA program, active AZ PA license, and DEA/CPR certification. One year of clinic/hospital experience is preferred, with pain management exposure encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited PA program.
• Active Arizona Physician Assistant license with no disciplinary actions.
• DEA and CPR certification required upon hire.
• Minimum of one year of PA experience in a clinic or hospital.
• Pain management setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• First Assist in surgery and see patients in clinic.
• Assess health status and care plan compliance.
• Provide acute and chronic patient care, including histories, physicals, injections and suturing.
• Triages patient calls and evaluates problems.
• Document patient information in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in rounds and respond to after-hours calls.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
