Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology NP or PA to join our outpatient team in New York on a part-time basis. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive hourly compensation of $80–$90 per hour.

As a bilingual provider, you will evaluate and manage urology patients, assist with procedures, order tests, and educate patients while collaborating with physicians and staff in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active, unrestricted state license.
• National certification as an NP or PA.
• 2+ years of urology experience preferred; strong and motivated candidates will be considered.
• Fluency in Spanish (required).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in an outpatient setting.
• Provide direct patient care as a bilingual provider, ensuring clear and culturally competent communication in both English and Spanish.
• Assist urologists with outpatient procedures as needed.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education within scope of practice.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow NPs/PAs, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
• Stay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements.
