Job summary

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology NP or PA for a part-time outpatient role in our multidisciplinary practice. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients, provide bilingual care in English and Spanish, and collaborate closely with physicians and staff.

Prior urology experience is preferred, and strong communication is essential. We offer a flexible part-time schedule, competitive compensation ($80–$90/hour), and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active, unrestricted state license.
• National certification as NP or PA.
• 2+ years urology experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in outpatient setting.
• Provide direct patient care as a bilingual provider, ensuring clear and culturally competent communication in both English and Spanish.
• Assist urologists with outpatient procedures as needed.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education within scope of practice.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow NPs/PAs, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
• Stay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements.
