Job summary

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate and manage urology patients, perform procedures with the urologists, and provide bilingual care to English- and Spanish-speaking patients.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active, unrestricted state license.
• National certification as an NP or PA.
• 2+ years of urology experience preferred; strong candidates will be considered.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient urology patients.
• Provide direct patient care as a bilingual provider in English and Spanish.
• Assist urologists with outpatient procedures as needed.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients within scope.

Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in an outpatient setting

• Assist urologists with outpatient procedures as needed
