Job summary

Indigo Urgent Care, part of MultiCare Health System, seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Lake Stevens urgent care clinic. This float position supports multiple urgent care sites, offering a collaborative, team-based environment and the opportunity to work at the top of your license.

Schedule includes 8am–8pm shifts, 14 shifts per month with two months in advance planning and weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• WA license (active/good standing) by start of employment.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
• BLS for Health Care Providers (American Heart Association).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical UC/ED/FM experience.

Responsibilities

• Support urgent care clinics as a float provider.
• Provide patient care at the top of your license with collaboration and mentorship.
• Be part of a modern, team-based clinic with flexible scheduling and no patient panels.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and clinical excellence.

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Indigo. This is a Core position based out of the Lake Stevens Urgent Care Clinic.

Full Time: 14 shifts/month, Schedules are created two months in advance with team input and offer flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations. Compensation: Earning potential of $200k+, as part of Indigo’s market leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Schedule: 8am-8pm.

Requirements

• Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in UC, ED or FM setting
