Bretagne Consulting LLC is recruiting on behalf of a physician-led interventional pain practice in California for a PA-C. You will work closely with the physician owner on complex cases and interventional procedures.
The role emphasizes hands-on care and treatment planning, with a strong focus on relationship-based care. California PA-C license and NCCPA certification required; 1+ year pain management preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
This is a recruiter posted position on behalf of the hiring practice. This is a clinically substantive PA role. You will carry a mixed panel of complex musculoskeletal and chronic pain patients, work directly alongside the physician owner on interventional procedures, and contribute meaningfully to treatment planning. The practice is intentionally sized to support thorough, relationship-based care rather than high-volume throughput.
For a PA-C looking to deepen an interventional skill set in a collaborative, physician-led setting rather than a corporate health system, this position offers direct access to complex cases and hands‑on procedural experience.
Most of your time will be spent performing patient care and procedures at the Long Beach office, with occasional coverage at the Glendale satellite office and Encino office.
A typical day includes:
Caseload includes personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Experience in this area is strongly preferred.
Physician‑owned interventional pain and regenerative medicine practice serving patients across Southern California and surrounding communities. Patients present with chronic musculoskeletal pain, post‑surgical pain, and complex injury cases, treated through a combination of evidence‑based interventional techniques and regenerative therapies including PRP and biologics.
The team is small by design. The physician owner is clinically engaged and works alongside the PA daily, providing consistent supervision, collaboration, and mentorship.
Pay: $160,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
