Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking Physician Assistants for in-home health assessments across Wisconsin. You’ll set your own schedule and manage a high volume of pre-scheduled visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. No treatment plans are required, and new grads are welcome to apply.

Expect a 60 hours/month minimum. Travel across multiple counties, with malpractice insurance included.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted state PA license.
• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C).
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome; no minimum experience required.

We're hiring 1099 PAs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans - just clean assessment work.

Compensation - earn more as you commit more

• Base rate of $70 per completed assessment
• Tiered pay structure: Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month
• 6-11 visits/day = $420-$900
• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)
