Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is seeking Physician Assistants for in-home health assessments across multiple counties. This 1099 role offers customizable schedules, high visit volume, and low-stress clinical work with no prescribing or complex treatment changes.

Base pay is $70 per completed assessment with increases as monthly hours commit are added. Short- and long-term contracts, travel coverage, and malpractice insurance are included where eligible.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state PA license.
• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C).
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome – no minimum experience required.

We're hiring 1099 PAs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans - just clean assessment work.

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)
