Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is hiring 1099 Physician Assistants to perform pre-scheduled in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You will use pre-populated forms within structured workflows, with no treatment plans, just clean assessment work.

Base pay is $70 per completed assessment with tiered increases as you commit to more hours per month. Travel may be required; malpractice insurance is included; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state PA license.
• Current NCCPA certification (PA-C).
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
