Job summary

Twin Cities Physicians is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) for on-site primary care and advanced wound care within senior living communities across the Twin Cities Metro. The role emphasizes chronic disease management, geriatric care, and hands-on patient interaction in community-based rounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site primary care and wound care services.
