Job Description

We have an opening for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is interested in an exciting opportunity to work in the growing field of Men's Anti‑Aging and Testosterone Replacement Therapy/Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT/HRT) field. We are seeking passionate professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to providing male patients with top‑notch care, developing patient relationships, and improving awareness about the benefits of TRT/HRT, men's sexual health, anti‑aging and regenerative medicine.

Responsibilities include:

• Work with and under the direction of our Medical Director to make sound medical decisions and develop personalized patient treatment plans.
• Provide direct male patient interaction, educating the male patient on the clinical benefits of TRT/HRT, anti‑aging, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine.
• Administer therapy and provide patient education through defined, established, and peer‑reviewed protocol; along with a full clinical evaluation of the root cause of the condition.
• Perform initial intramuscular (IM) injections and/or subQ injections on patients; provide instructions for future self‑administration.
• Administer various anti‑aging and/or regenerative remedies which may consist of micro‑needling, hair replacement therapies, PRP therapies or aesthetics therapies.
• Provide customized HCG weight loss programs, combined with supplements, and Lipo/MIC B‑12 injections, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle plans.
• Oversee and/or administer IV therapies on patients; hydration, detox, vitamin and nutrients, injections.
• Follow‑up with patients to ensure effectiveness and consistency of treatment plan to ensure patients are meeting their goals.
• Provide patients with customized wellness plans combined with nutrition, exercise and lifestyle plans.
• Demonstrate exemplary work ethic, positive attitude, professional and healthy demeanor and appearance.
• Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and professional requirements; including HIPPA protocols.
• Lead by example; setting the standard for patients and the clinical staff.
• Punctual, dependable, goal oriented, and able to receive constructive coaching.
• Partner with team members to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Update EHR system with clinical notes and patient therapies.

Requirements and Experience:

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner: minimum 3 to 5 years relative experience.
• Experience in the treatment of Male HRT/TRT highly preferred.
• Experience with PRP therapies and injections, highly preferred.
• Experience with HCG diet programs, highly preferred.
• Experience with toxins, injectables, hair restoration therapies, highly preferred.
• Due to the sensitive nature of the therapies a male candidate is highly desirable but not required.
• Certificate and/or experience with IV therapy.
• Certificate or training in PRP, Toxins and/or Injectables, highly desirable.
• Must be able to represent our brand indicative of the therapies we provide.

Qualifications

• Active License in the State of Georgia.
• Current or eligible for DEA licensure.
• Board Certified preferred.
• Current BLS card from the American Heart Association.
