Job summary

Ageless Men's Health Buckhead clinic in Atlanta seeks a Clinic Director (PA-C/NP) to lead operations, patient care, and growth. This on-site leadership role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

The starting compensation is $194,600, comprising base salary plus an uncapped director bonus, with growth opportunities across a rapidly expanding national network. The ideal candidate will combine clinical excellence with team leadership, manage TRT and related therapies, GLP-1

Qualifications

• Active PA-C or NP license.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience (hormone, weight management, or primary care preferred).
• Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred).
• Strong EMR and clinical documentation proficiency.
• Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of clinic operations - patient volume, staffing, training, compliance, and financial performance.
• Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and related medications.
• Oversee administration of weight management treatments (including GLP-1 medications) and monitor patient progress.
• Starting and managing IVs, administering vitamin injections, and performing blood draws.
• Review and sign off on patient charts, lab results, and EMR documentation.
• Ensure clinic adherence to all regulatory, safety, and clinical quality standards.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic growth through high-quality care and service consistency.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, patient-centered culture.
• Represent Ageless Men's Health as the clinical face of the brand in your local market.

With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men's Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) to lead our Buckhead clinic.

Key Responsibilities
