1.0 FTE Orthopedic Physician Assistant for United and East region 100%, St. Paul and Apple Valley clinic locations 2-3 clinic days a week, 1-2 OR days a week 5x8 hour day shifts. You will be in the call rotation - 3-4 weekends a year Float among 3 MD teams Weekend rotations - on call Clinic schedule: 8am-4:30pm Surgery schedule: Normally 7am start time; mid-afternoon end time depending on case load.
Union Contract: Non-Union-NCT Weekend Rotation: Occasional
Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations as part of a Physician/Physician Assistant team. Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.
Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range: $126,006 to $144,206 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
