GoHealth Urgent Care in Imperial, MO, is hiring Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time roles with competitive base salaries and sign-on bonuses. Staff at Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care centers deliver high-quality patient care in modern, imaging‑enabled facilities and an integrated EMR (Epic).

Competenze

• 18 months of full‑time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience (required)
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints, etc.), EKG reads and X‑ray reads (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and AANC or AANP certification required

Competitive Salary & Hourly Rates Plus

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift - to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full‑time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
