LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a neurology physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join our outpatient neurology team, with potential inpatient duties. • Physician Assistant: Graduate of ARC-approved program, certified or eligible by NCCPA and State Board of Medicine.
• Nurse Practitioner: Completion from an approved program, eligible or certified by Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, capable of working across all age groups.

• Conduct initial patient assessments, triage, monitor procedure and lab results, coordinate follow-ups, communicate with patients and families, discuss plans with physicians, and assist with preauthorization for medications and diagnostic tests.
