Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our dedicated primary care providers at PMG Bridgeport Family Medicine clinic. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. Located near Bridgeport Village in Tigard, this location is convenient for those in Tualatin, King City, Lake Oswego and the surrounding suburbs of Southwest Portland, OR

• Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
• Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (In Basket management)
• 2-years of post-graduate professional experience in a primary care setting required
