Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join an award-winning interventional pain management practice serving Anne Arundel and Baltimore County, MD. The role offers excellent work-life balance, high earning potential, and strong physician collaboration.

Base salary is $135K with bonuses leading to Total Compensation of $155K–$180K+. Benefits include 4 weeks PTO, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, 401(k) and health insurance

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently.
• Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations and follow-up evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with pain management and medication management.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care.
