U.S. Urology Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to work under physician supervision in diverse urology settings. You will perform exams, order tests, diagnose, prescribe medications, and contribute to patient education and care coordination.
The role requires a PA or NP with a Bachelor’s and accredited PA program, plus several years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinic environment. Travel within local offices may be required.
The Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) provides medical care in collaboration with and under the supervision of a physician in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations. This includes conducting patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, establishing diagnoses, and prescribing medications. The APP practices with a high degree of clinical judgment and autonomy within the physician-APP collaborative relationship and may provide services in primary care and specialty practice environments, including surgical and surgical subspecialties. Additional responsibilities may include education, research, and administrative functions.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.

$118,000 - $145,000 annually
The compensation range reflects anticipated base pay for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, clinical background, and work location.
