Your goals and objectives include:

• Maintain the quality of care delivered to their patients.
• Assess admissions and clinical appropriateness through collaborating with Intake Department and outside providers.
• Performs psychiatric assessments for individuals under their care.
• Provide group therapy, family therapy and/or medication management as needed for patients
• Request consultations when indicated and provide psychiatric consultations when requested.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• Utah licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Prior experience (3-5 yrs) in a hospital based psychiatric practice and/or outpatient psychiatric practice preferred
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
