Position Summary:Our busy Orthopedic Clinic in Provo is looking to hire a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Essential Job Functions:Provides medical care and treatment to patients under direction of supervising physician. Performs physical exams, collects and documents data, conducts approved diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, orders laboratory studies, prescribes medication,and prescribes appropriate interventions. Compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. Collaborates with the supervising physician in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients. Ability to manage a busy clinic schedule. Displays willingness to make decisions and exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Qualifications:Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must hold licensure/certification as required by the state of Utah and DEA number as well.

Hours:Hours:Monday - Tuesday 8am - 5pm.
