Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the Pittsburgh area is seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for a Weekend Warrior schedule (Saturday and Sunday).

Qualifications

• 1 year full-time Emergency Medicine or 2 years Urgent Care; or 2 years Family Medicine.
• Procedures: sutures, casts, splints; reads ECGs/X-rays.
• PA/NP: Master's degree and NCCPA/ANCC/AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide PA/NP clinical care in urgent care setting.
• Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday.
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Tech and Medical Assistants as a clinical team leader.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and on-site X-ray/POC testing.

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area, and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia .

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of full‑time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting experience required. Will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
• Experience treating patients newborn and up in an acute care setting required.
• Physician Assistants: Master's degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required.
