Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is partnering with UPMC Health System to deliver urgent care across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time positions.

We seek Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners with emergency or urgent care experience to join a multidisciplinary clinical team in a network of GoHealth Urgent Care centers. Join a fast-paced environment with EPIC EMR, on-site imaging, and a focus on compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years in Urgent Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality urgent care to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs and Medical Assistants as a clinical team leader.
• Demonstrate proficient suturing, casting, splinting, and basic reads on EKGs and X-rays.

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area, and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of full-time experience in Emergency Medicine or 2 years of Urgent Care setting experience required. Will consider 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays required.
• Experience treating patients from all ages in an acute care setting required.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification is required.
