Job summary

Thrive Medspa is seeking an experienced PA or NP to perform aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments, focusing on natural results and patient safety. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of aesthetic injection experience, strong facial anatomy knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and staying current with evolving aesthetic techniques.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Current DEA registration and other required prescribing credentials.
• Minimum 2-3 years of aesthetic injection experience.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic injectables.
• Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

• Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, lip and facial balancing, lasers, RF, and biostimulators.
• Evaluate patient anatomy, medical history, goals, and treatment suitability.
• Provide education on treatment expectations, risks, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow safety standards.
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional care.

Position Overview

The Aesthetic Injector will provide comprehensive aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is an experienced injector with excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients achieve natural results.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including:
  • Neuromodulators such as Botox/Dysport/Daxxify
  • Dermal fillers
  • Lip and facial balancing
  • EZ Gel
  • Ablative and non ablative lasers
  • Radio Frequency
  • Biostimulators
  • Advanced facial rejuvenation treatments
• Evaluate patient anatomy, medical history, goals, and treatment suitability.
• Provide patients with clear education regarding treatment expectations, risks, benefits, aftercare, and potential adverse effects.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and treatment documentation.
• Follow all applicable clinical, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Provide appropriate follow-up care and address patient concerns professionally.
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and communication.
• Stay current with evolving aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in training, education, and professional development as needed.
• Represent Thrive Medspa in a professional manner and contribute to a positive patient experience.
