• Manage client consultations from initial assessment through treatment planning, ensuring clear communication of expectations and outcomes
• Maintain strict sanitation standards using proper sterilization techniques for all equipment and treatment areas
• Support front desk operations including guest services, appointment bookings, product demos, and retail sales upselling

Skills

• Proven experience working in the medical spa industry with a strong background in aesthetic treatments and injection administration
• Certification as a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), or PA with valid licensing to perform injectable procedures
• Extensive knowledge of botulinum toxin treatments (Botox), dermal fillers, and biostimulators
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare instructions
• Strong customer service orientation with experience managing guest interactions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform sanitation duties meticulously to ensure a safe treatment environment
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling skincare products and treatment packages
• Excellent management skills to coordinate appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Minimum 2 years of injector experience (Required)
