Responsibilities

• Perform thorough aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform injectable aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators and dermal fillers; lip and facial balancing; lasers and other devices.
• Evaluate patient anatomy and medical history to determine treatment suitability; provide patient education on risks and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation; follow safety standards.
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and communication; stay current with evolving techniques.

Position Overview

The Aesthetic Injector will provide comprehensive aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and customer service.

The ideal candidate is an experienced injector with excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients achieve natural results.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform injectable aesthetic treatments, including:
  • Neuromodulators such as Botox/Dysport/Daxxify
  • Dermal fillers
  • Lip and facial balancing
  • EZ Gel
  • Ablative and non ablative lasers
  • Radio Frequency
  • Biostimulators
  • Advanced facial rejuvenation treatments
• Evaluate patient anatomy, medical history, goals, and treatment suitability.
• Provide patients with clear education regarding treatment expectations, risks, benefits, aftercare, and potential adverse effects.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and treatment documentation.
• Follow all applicable clinical, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Provide appropriate follow-up care and address patient concerns professionally.
• Build strong, long‑term patient relationships through exceptional care and communication.
• Stay current with evolving aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in training, education, and professional development as needed.
• Represent Thrive Medspa in a professional manner and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Minimum 2–3 years of aesthetic injection experience required.

• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic injectables.
• Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to provide exceptional, personalized patient care.
