Job summary

Palm Beach Neurosurgery LLC is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to perform hospital rounding Monday through Friday across multiple facilities. New graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.

The role requires state licensure and involves writing progress notes, coordinating clinical care, and discharging patients as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner in a hospital setting a plus, but willing to train new Graduates.
• Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ethics
• Team spirit with a positive attitude
• Orders and/or prescribes non controlled substances for inpatients/outpatients.
• Participates in other necessary activities associated with patient care (writing daily progress notes, coordinating clinical care, discharge planning, etc.).
• Recognizes need for physician consultation and guidance as indicated within experience and scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform hospital rounding Monday - Friday at multiple facilities.
• Complete daily progress notes and coordinate clinical care.
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
