INAAP in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pediatrics. The role supports two locations in Brooklyn, with Monday-Saturday shifts including mornings and evenings.

You will provide well-child visits, sick visits, vaccines, and chronic disease management, while maintaining EMR accuracy and delivering family education. Open to experienced providers or new graduates, with strong mentorship and growth potential.

Qualificações

• Active NY State PA or NP license (or immediate eligibility).
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, or Uzbek is a plus.

Position Details

• Location: Brooklyn, NY (across two office locations)
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday (morning and afternoon/evening shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care (well-child visits, sick visits, annual physicals)
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Administer vaccinations and provide preventive care counseling
• Perform blood draws for all age groups
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, nutrition, and development
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Manage approximately 30 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $150,000 ($72/hour)
• Bonuses: $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus an annual $5,000 retention bonus
• Employment Options: W-2 or 1099
